Nikki Townley is an early childhood teacher and cane farmer’s wife who introduces farm life to young readers through her rhyming children’s book No Drama Cane Farmer. Drawing on her life on the farm, Nikki takes children on a lively journey from planting to harvesting, showing how sugar is grown and transformed into the sugar that we eat. She blends storytelling and education to help children understand where their food comes from.
